The Series 100 from monitor audio starts off with the Monitor Audio C165 in-ceiling speaker, with a 6.5” MMPII bass driver and a pivoting gold dome tweeter, which will allow you to position it in exactly the right place, allowing you to make the most out of the C165.
The ‘three-dogleg’ tri-grip mounting scheme utilised on the Series 100 and Series 200 takes 25% off installation time, compared with the conventional ‘four-dogleg’ clamping speakers. The newly designed clamps have double the clamping surface area than the four-dogleg system. This basically means less time fiddling and more time listening.
Once you hear the Monitor Audio C165, or any other speaker from the Series 100 or Series 200, listening is all you will want to do. Creating a fantastic sound for the size, the C165 is the ultimate hide-away speaker.
The Monitor Audio C165 is a brilliant little in-ceiling speaker which is easy to install and has a clear, dynamic performance worthy of the brand.
