We have improved the award winningChord Super Shield 1m HDMI Cable. The new Chord Super Shield 1m HDMI Cable is certified high speed and now features dedicated ethernet and audio return wiring.
Alongside the ethernet and audio return wiring in the Chord Super Shield 1m HDMI Cable, we have also improved the internal wiring - In place of the oxygen free copper conductors used in the original SuperShield, are heavier 26 AWG conductors, silver-plated to improve signal transfer. Insulation is gas foamed polyethylene and a dual layer high frequency effective shield protects the signal cables.
We have fitted an improved HDMI plug. The Chord Super Shield 1m HDMI Cable is now fitted with a die-cast moulded plug that has been engineered for a more secure connection.
Chord Super Shield 1m HDMI Cable Specification:
- CONDUCTORS: 26 AWG silver-plated oxygen free copper signal conductors.
- CONFIGURATION: Signal conductor pairs arranged in noise cancelling twisted pair configuration. Each pair separately shielded.
- DIELECTRIC (INSULATION): Low density gas foamed polyethylene.
- SHIELDING: Dual layer high frequency effective overlapped foil shields
- JACKET: PVC. COLOUR: Blue.
- TERMINATIONS: Die-cast gold-plated HDMI Plugs for improved signal transfer and outstanding reliability.
- LENGTHS: Available in 1, 2 and 3 metre lengths.
- APPLICATIONS: 1.4 specification high speed HDMI cable. 1080p 3D picture transmission. All HD audio formats.
