MODE Jukebox FourDigital Audio Server. 160G Hard Drive. Four Outputs. Windows® XP
EmbeddedSpeakerCraft’s MODE Jukebox Four is a digital audio storage and music management system giving you instant access to your entire music collection.
With four discrete audio outputs, a single Jukebox Four is capable of playing, simultaneously, four different albums from the same collection.
In addition to the four analogue outputs, a digital output allows one of the audio streams to be fed digitally into an AV Amplifier or external DAC. Such a provision enables a seamless integration with any entertainment system.
The Mode Jukebox Four’s integrated CD drive copies CDs in less than five minutes, while an analogue audio input allows a range of external music sources, such as your LP collection, to be copied directly to the hard drive.
Up to 3100 CDs or LP records can be stored on its 160 GB hard drive, while multiple recording options, including variable bit rate and uncompressed settings, ensure flexibility and the option of sound quality of the highest order. Sound quality of the Jukebox is further refined with its use of a dedicated audio board and Wolfson Delta-Sigma 24-bit 96 KHz DAC’s.
Gaining access to the Gracenote CDDB® Music Recognition Service™ via the built-in modem or Ethernet connection, the Jukebox One automatically retrieves artist, album and track information as well as an album cover illustration for every recorded CD.
With access to this information your music can be selected by artist name, album name, song title, genre, era, year, or from your own personal play lists.
When combined with the MZC-66 or MZC-88 multi-room controllers, in-room music selection is both fast and intuitive, with a choice of either on-screen operation or direct “By Name” selection via the new MODE keypad. Requires RSA-1.0 Interface.
The MODE Jukebox can also be controlled via your PC or MAC computer. No additional software is required; simply use Internet Explorer or Safari to gain full access to your music server. From any computer on your network you will be able to choose albums, tracks, set up playlists in fact everything normally available via the Jukebox’s On Screen Display.
The Jukebox will even allow you to transfer albums and tracks to portable devices using applications such as Windows Media® Player or Apple® iTunes®.
Connected to your home Network, the Jukebox will also allow you to back up the entire contents of its Media Library to an external networked drive. This feature provides real peace of mind ensuring all of you music can be readily retrieved in the event of hard drive failure.
Whether used as a standalone source component or part of a complete multi-room system, SpeakerCraft’s MODE Jukebox Four will allow your whole family to enjoy music throughout your home.
