Project Jukebox Turntable
The new Project Jukebox turntable combines the Project `box` series of electronic products together with the well respected Debut III turntable, all that is required is the addition of a pair of speakers to create a complete record playing system. In addition three additional source components, such as a CD player or cassette deck can be connected to the Project Jukebox turntable to create your complete music system.
The main features of the new Project Jukebox turntable include : Quiet running AC motor, medium density fibre plinth stands on four feet which act as shock absorbers, `sandwich` construction platter utilising the hub, a sheet-steel platter weighing 1,3Kg and a felt mat, low-tolerance chrome-plated stainless-steel axle runs on a polished ball bearing in a brass bearing housing, the turntable is supplied with Ortofon OM 5E MM-cartridge fitted, the tonearm tube and bearing housing are constructed from aluminium, inverted horizontal bearings consisting of two hardened stainless steel points bearing in sapphire cushes and Single-screw fixing of armtube allows rotation for easy adjustment of needle azimuth despite fixed headshell.
