At the heart of the Arcam R45 is an advanced five-driver array engineered for precision and authority. Three 6.5-inch (165mm) Micro Ceramic Composite (MCC) woofers deliver deep, articulate bass with impressive control and impact, allowing the R45 to produce room-filling scale without losing composure or definition.
Dedicated Midrange & Acoustic Lens Tweeter
Handling critical midrange frequencies is a 6.5-inch (165mm) Deep Ceramic Composite (DCC) driver, carefully tuned for clarity and natural tonal balance. Vocals are rendered with realism and texture, while instruments are presented with impressive separation and dimensionality. High frequencies are reproduced by a 1-inch (25mm) DCC aluminium dome tweeter mounted within an advanced Acoustic Lens waveguide, ensuring smooth dispersion and a wide, immersive soundstage.
Precision Crossover & Rigid Cabinet Construction
These premium drive units are integrated via a precision crossover network and housed within an acoustically optimised, rigidly braced cabinet.
