The Chord Poly Streamer is now available for demonstration in our Hull.

The Chord Poly is network module that adds high-res wireless streaming, SD card and network music playback to Chord Mojo DAC. It offers smartphone control and playback. Best news of all, The Chord Poly removes the need for a wired connection between your phone and Chord Mojo., and allows a world of content to be decoded and played back using Chord’s proprietary DAC technology.

The Chord Poly is essentially a high-level PC, comprising data server, DLNA receiver, Wi-Fi hub, Bluetooth module and SD card functionality. The Chord Poly is a Wi-Fi and Bluetooth hub. Music can be accessed through streaming over Wi-Fi, from NAS drives and from SD card storage. Bluetooth and AirPlay provide real connectivity with smartphones and also allow enable mutilple Mojo/Poly combinations to be used throughout the home, hey presto Chord have multi room.

The Chord Poly Streamer is compatible with the latest high-resolution-audio file types and supports PCM files up to 768kHz resolution and DSD64 to DSD512 (Octa-DSD). The Chord Poly streamer has a high-quality SD card player that can free up phone storage, keep your music collection on the card not the phone.

The Chord Poly streamer has a rechargeable LiPo battery giving around nine hours playback from a sub-four-hour charge Mojo and the Chord Poly can be simultaneously charged using Poly’s Micro USB connector.

The Chord Poly is precision-machined from aircraft-grade aluminium and hand assembled in the UK.

Poly can be controlled with a wide range of music playback apps for both Android and iOS devices, with AirPlay offering additional compatibility and intuitive operation with enabled devices.

The Chord Poly will work with Roon (excluding SD cards) - to enrich the playback experience.
