The TDAI-2210 is the newest integrated streaming amplifier by Lyngdorf Audio, featuring the company’s unique digital amplifier technology, best-in-class volume control, and a color touchscreen. With various digital inputs including HDMI 2.1 and USB-C, analog inputs, an integrated music streaming player, and the unique RoomPerfect™ room calibration, the TDAI-2210 is ready for any kind of audio system and room. The amplifier delivers 2 x 210 watts to drive even the most demanding loudspeakers effortlessly.

The touchscreen makes it easier than ever to control a Lyngdorf amplifier. With its icon-based interface and intuitive touch, tap, and slide functions, the screen guides first-time setup, helps to explore all features, allows customization, and makes music streaming more convenient. The Lyngdorf engineers took particular care to select the best screen: a silky-smooth real glass surface for the best fingertip feel, less visible fingerprints, and a vivid picture.

Digital amplifier technology and best-in-class volume control

TDAI stands for True Digital Amplifier Integrated. The amplification is 100% digital, with no analog conversion to degrade the sound right until the speaker outputs. The digital signal powers the speakers directly, while the volume wheel adjusts the gain in the output stage. This unique solution eliminates several analog components and signal paths, which are a source of noise, hiss, crosstalk, and distortion. This ensures the best sound quality at all volume levels and the most uncolored sound you have ever experienced.

What is RoomPerfect?

RoomPerfect is a digital room correction system developed by Lyngdorf since the early ‘90s to address common acoustic challenges—such as excessive reflections, over-damping, and bass irregularities—without sacrificing the natural character of your speakers. Unlike traditional systems that simply flatten the frequency response using DSP and microphones (often at the expense of timing and imaging), RoomPerfect creates a unique target curve tailored to your specific room and speaker setup.

Using multiple microphone positions (at least five, including the primary listening seat), the system measures your room's acoustic profile with specially designed test sounds that work even in non-silent environments. This detailed data allows for customizable EQ and voicing options, like a more precise “Focus” mode or a fuller “Global” setting, ultimately enhancing sound projection, depth, and bass focus for a more controlled and three-dimensional listening experience.
