Fanthorpes HiFi - The Week Ahead 30th April - 5th May

Hey everyone, its that time of the week again, when we look at what we’re up to. The year seems to be whizzing by, with this blog post taking us up to the 5 ^th of May! As always, we’ve got another chock-a-block week ahead of us. So, without further ado let’s get started….

The idea is to give you an insight into our working week here at Fanthorpes HiFi. With what demonstrations we are doing in store and in customers’ homes, services we offer, as well as give you an insight into the distances we travel over a working week.

Monday 30^th April

We end April off with a great HiFi installation, we’re heading just outside of Hull to set up a preowned Mesa Boogie Baron valve power amplifier we took in part exchange. This customer is adding this fantastic valve power amplifier to their existing system which consists of an Audiolab pre-amp and Thorens Turntable.

As well as purchasing the Mesa Boogie Baron, this customer has also purchased an Audiolab 8300CD which is being added to their second system.

Tuesday 1^st May

We start May with a visit from our good friends at Dali Speakers. We’ll make sure the we have a mug of the finest Yorkshire tea ready! It’s always great to see members of the industry pop in, it allows us to turn our focus to a particular brand serving as a nice refresher course and to possibly learn about any new products on the horizon.

Wednesday 2^nd May

Wednesday sees us hit the road and head on down to Kettering. This customer is moving up the PMC Twenty series range. He has decided to part exchange his Twenty 24 which we are picking up and we’ll be dropping off his new Twenty 26 speakers. An upgrade we’re sure he will love.

Thursday 3^rd May

We have a local home audition of the Innuos Zenith. This customer is looking to take their first steps into the world of streaming. We’re taking the Zenith and setting it up alongside their existing equipment.

Friday 4^th May

A venture just south of the River Humber is on the cards for Friday, this customer bought a pair of KEF R300 speakers from us recently, unfortunately he seems to be having an issue with them. We’re popping down to see him to collect the R300 speakers, we will also be loaning him our demo pair until the problem is sorted.

Saturday 5^th May

A free date in out calendar for now! If this fills up at a later date, we’ll update the post and let you know. Alternatively, if you want to take advantage of the services we offer on Saturday 5th drop us an email or give us a call and we’ll try our best to make it happen.
