Job Advert - Team Member

We are currently looking to recruit a member of staff, to help with the day to day running of our store.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a career in a fast-paced high end HiFi store, if you have the drive and determination to succeed.

We are looking for somebody who is keen, outgoing, polite and great with customers. You will need to have a keen interest in music and technology.

In this role you will be responsible for a range of duties within the store including:

• Spending time on the counter, dealing with customers ensuring they get the best service and advice.

• Responsibility for aspects of stock management.

• Processing goods inwards paperwork.

• Getting goods ready for dispatch.

• Organising Stockrooms.

• Setting up demonstrations.

• Helping on installations.

• Generating invoices.

• Answering phones when needed

Required skills and attributes:

• Honest

• Organisation

• Ability to multi-task

• Team player

• Good communication

• Attention to detail

• Willingness to work

• Computer literate

• Full UK Driving License

STANDARD NEXT WORKING DAY	All deliveries are dispatched on a next working day service if ordered before 1pm- subject to stock availability (excluding weekends).
FREE SATURDAY DELIVERY	Free Saturday delivery is available on selected products - enquire for details.
ORDER BEFORE 1PM	If you order before 1pm, your goods will be despatched the same day. Normally you can expect delivery the following day before 18.00pm.
ORDERING ON A FRIDAY	Orders placed before 1pm on a Friday will normally be delivered the following Monday. In the event of a Monday Bank Holiday, the delivery day should be Tuesday.
ORDERING OVER THE WEEKEND	Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched the following Monday. If you have a preferred delivery day, contact us and let us know.
