Fanthorpes HiFi - The Week Ahead 18th March - 23rd March 2019

Hey everyone, we’ve got another good week to look forward to. Visits from reps, home auditions and an absolute belter of a turntable delivery!

The idea is to give you an insight into our working week here at Fanthorpes HiFi. With what demonstrations we are doing in store and in customers’ homes, services we offer, as well as give you an insight into the distances we travel over a working week.

Monday 18th March

We start the week off with a visit from Pat at The Chord Company. We’ll make sure the we have a mug of the finest Yorkshire tea ready! It’s always great to see members of the industry pop in, it allows us to turn our focus to a particular brand serving as a nice refresher course and to possibly learn about any new products on the horizon.

Tuesday 19th March

We are heading down to Peterborough to set up a home demonstration. This customer already a Devialet 1000 Pro, and Innuos Statement. He is considering switching his speakers from the Sonus Faber Amati Speakers to the Martin Logan ESL11a Electrostatics.

Wednesday 20th March

Thursday 21st March

Friday 22nd March

We are heading down to London for two days of jam-packed installs. First up we have a monumental turntable install, we are part exchanging an AVID Acutus SP and Cyrus Phono Signature and installing the top of the range AVID Acutus Reference SP Mono Turntable and AVID Pulsare II Phono Stage. Can’t wait to install this one!

Saturday 23rd March

We’ll set off from a local hotel on Saturday, but before we head off back up to Hull, we have got a few more installs to take care of. First up is a delivery of a pair of PMC Twenty5 26 Speakers, once we’ve dropped the speakers off, we have an install of an Innuos Statement and collection of an Audio Research Reference 6 Preamplifier.

Our last jobs are a drop off of a pair of PMC Twenty5 23 speakers before heading to our final job to set up an Innuos Statement for home audition.
