Fanthorpes HiFi - Weekly Wrap Up 14th - 18th March 2022

Hey everyone, as always, we had another busy week as we review what we have been up to this week.

The idea is to give you an insight into our working week here at Fanthorpes HiFi. With what demonstrations we are doing in store and in customers’ homes, services we offer, as well as give you an insight into the distances we travel over a working week.

Monday 14^th March

We started the week off with a trip down to Kings Lynn to install a pair of Quad Z3 Floorstanding speakers and collect a set of KEF R7 Speakers we have taken in part exchange.

Once the first delivery and install were complete, we headed down to Leasingham (a village in Lincolnshire) do deliver a pair of PS Audio Stellar M700 mono block amplifiers, which we are sure the customer will love, since he traded in his PS Audio S300 stereo power amp against them.

Tuesday 15^th March

Tuesday saw us head north of the boarder up to Selkirk to deliver and install a set of PMC Twenty5 23i speakers. Once the new speakers were installed, we collected a set of PMC Twenty523 and Neat Motive SX1 Speakers in part exchange.

The customer was also kind enough to treat Steve our installer to a local delicacy, the Selkirk Bannock!

Wednesday 16^th March

We headed over to West Yorkshire on Wednesday for a couple of deliveries. First up to Morley, Leeds to deliver an Exposure 3510 amplifier and Chord Qutest DAC. We also collected a Denon AVR-2803 AV Receiver in part exchange.

We had another job in Leeds before we headed back to Hull, this time to install a set of Klipsch Cornwall speakers for a repeat customer. This is the second set of Cornwall’s we have installed for them. The customer now has a Klipsch surround speaker package with Arcam AVR30 Receiver and REL Predator Subs.

Which makes for an impressive surround system.

On the way back to Hull we delivered a Bryston B135 Integrated amplifier to a customer for a home audition too.

Friday 18^th March

The end the week we had an in-store demonstration. The customer was looking for separates system based around vinyl. We had the Audiolab 600a Play Integrated Amplifier set up alongside the AVID Ingenium PNP Turntable and Dali Opticon 5 speakers, with Chord ClearwayX Speaker Cable.
